History of Buddy Project

Providing more than two decades of service to Indiana educators, students and families, find out how we got started and developed the program over the years.

Definitions

Page Views
Page views are “hits” to files designated as pages. Supporting graphics and other non-page files are not counted. During a visit to our site, a single visitor may view several different pages of content at our site.
Webtrends Page Views
Visits
Visits are the number of times a visitor came to this site. If, during a visit, the visitor is idle longer than the idle-time default limit (30 minutes), it is assumed the visit was voluntarily terminated. If the visitor continues to browse the site after they reach the idle-time limit, a new visit is counted. In other words, the visits per month could include some of the same individuals who visit on multiple days of the month as some who spent more than 30 minutes at our site during their visit.
