What a surprise when Indianapolis received a foot of snow and the annual ICE conference (January 27-29) was forced to cancel! - Whee! Buddy Grant Opportunity
- CET announces the availability of a mini-grant to support student success in the area of physical education, social education, or academic achievement. The awarded Wii system will become property of the school and is to be used exclusively for implementation of the proposed educational plan for one year.

- A free monthly e-newsletter for Indiana educators that features news bites related to grants and innovative uses of technology in teaching and learning environments. Articles appearing in the ETC...and More! newsletter are published by the Buddy Project (Corporation for Educational Technology), in collaboration with the Hoosier Educational Computer Coordinators (HECC), Indiana Computer Educators (ICE), the Indiana Department of Education, and Promoting Achievement through Technology and INstruction for all Students (PATINS).
The Writing Site
- The Writing Site
- TheWritingSite.org is focused on writing instruction and assessment across a K-12 grade range and in all content areas. At its core is an interactive tutorial where teachers and students can practice assessment of student writing using the ISTEP+ writing rubrics.
- Write Connections
- This is a quarterly publication launched in 2005, and is published in three editions for primary, intermediate and secondary teachers. These newsletters are focused on writing instruction and assessment issues and ideas across all curriculum areas. Sign-up to receive notification when a new edition is available. Last quarter's newsletters focused on Lincoln Bicentennial & Memoirs:
