ExamView® Assessment Suite provides a streamlined toolset for test generation, application and management. Questions, in a large variety of formats, are saved in “Question Banks” and can be inserted smoothly into quizzes, study guides and tests. These questions can be organized and aligned to state standards to simplify tracking of student accomplishments. Questions can be developed by the teacher, imported from a word processor or from many textbook publisher-prepared questions banks. These tests can then be administered through paper, linked to CPS response pads, or uploaded via local-networks and exported into online courses such as Angel, Moodle and Blackboard.
ExamView® Learning Series is made up of thousands of questions from different content areas and include higher-order thinking skills and multiple questions that test the same content. These questions are developed in several types and include real-life references for practicality and interest. Additional software can be purchased called “Quiz Show” which converts the developed questions into a game-show format for a fun experience while reviewing the content.
Jerry Fulling, a Biology teacher at North Central High School, Indianapolis, explains, “ExamView® is an integral part of my teachings and when partnered with the CPS response pads they provides powerful tools that have allowed me to partially realize a career long dream of allowing students multiple opportunities to demonstrate mastery of content. This is simply not possible without these technologies.”
